About the Casino
A fresh new casino with a new style and a new casino operator. Right off the bat, we knew we were in for a treat, and by the end of our JackBit review, you’ll agree with us as well.
JackBit casino is operated by Ryker B.V., registered and licensed in Curaçao, with the payment system registered in Cyprus, which is fairly common in the world of online casinos. While there are casinos that abuse the lack of regulations imposed by the Curaçao government, we haven’t unearthed anything suspicious on JackBit.
Ryker B.V. is a fairly new operator and thus, doesn’t have a longstanding history. However, this isn’t their first casino, as the provider started the Freshbet casino early this year.
Gaming Experience
What really blew us away was the innovative website and UI design of the JackBit site. While it may look like an unimportant detail, it says a lot about the operator. Most operators like to reuse the designs between their casinos but Ryker B.V. decided to give each casino it runs a different design. Therefore, Freshbet and JackBit casinos don’t sport the same look.
The casino is available in nine languages: English, Russian, German, Finnish, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, and Portuguese. While English, Italian, French, and Spanish are available as language choices, people from Spain, France, Italy, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom are forbidden from playing on the site.
Just like most casinos, JackBit doesn’t have a mobile app, but the website is well-optimized to work on any mobile device. Interestingly enough, Freshbet has a dedicated Discord group, but we haven’t seen one for JackBit. Will it be added later? Unfortunately, we were unable to get any relevant information on it.
Bonus Offer
While the casino made one step forward with the fresh design, it made one step back when it came to the welcome bonus. Most casinos have at least one, and a lot of them have a threefold welcome bonus. The JackBit doesn’t have a welcome bonus of any kind.
It is not the only casino to go down this path, but it’s still unusual. This doesn’t mean JackBit doesn’t offer any other promotions. JackBit promotions include World Cup 15% cashback, 3+1 free bet, drops & wins, and tournaments.
The World Cup 15% cashback is available until the 18th of December. Interestingly enough, the cashback is automatically converted into free spins for Sun of Egypt 3. The minimum bet required to qualify for a cashback is 20€, with the maximum daily amount of cashback available being 100€.
To get a free bet as part of the 3+1 free bet promotion, you have to place three consecutive bets with a minimum of 10€ to get one free bet. The amount of the free bet equals the middle value of all three bets combined.
Game Selection
The JackBit site predominately offers slots and sportsbooks. Yes, there are other games as well, but they present a miniscule portion of their gigantic offer. This doesn’t mean you won’t find anything interesting on the site. Far from it, we are only talking about the quantity of the games.

If you don’t find anything to play here, chances are you won’t find it anywhere. JackBit offers everything from regular slots to table games. Just be aware that you may not be able to see all the games since game providers have their own blacklisted territories, which differ from the casino’s regional restrictions. Another drawback is the lack of demo play.
When starting any game, you’ll have to choose between the euro, dollar, and Canadian dollar. No reason to be alarmed, you’ll still be able to gamble with your preferred cryptocurrency, but the JackBit bets will be presented in the selected fiat currency as long as you are in the game.
Security & Safety
As stated before, the JackBit casino operates under gaming license No. 1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming, which is authorized and regulated by the government of Curaçao. The website uses RNG to ensure the fairness of its games.
The crypto transactions are secure because there is no third party handling the transaction, and therefore nobody can intercept it. Even if the casino is hacked, all the attackers will get is the public address of your wallet, and they can’t do anything with it.
When it comes to data protection, the lines are a bit unclear. Everything stated on the website indicates they follow EU regulations for data handling. As per their privacy policy, they don’t sell any of the data collected, which is reassuring.
The problem is that they can transfer your data to data processors outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), but they don’t state which country.
Customer Support
JackBit customer support is available 24/7, whether you are trying to contact them via email or live chat. They were very helpful when we approached them for assistance with the info we couldn’t find, and they provided us with everything we needed.
While it is true that they didn’t know whether the casino would get a Discord channel, we didn’t expect them to have access to such information. It was more of a shot in the dark. Still, we were surprised by the response time and the number of supported languages.
You can find support in English, Russian, Deutsch, Finnish, French, Italian, Spanish, Korean, and Portuguese. Just be aware that, of all of them, English is the only language that’s supported 24/7.

The JackBit deposit minimum is €20 equivalent in cryptocurrency equivalent. All deposited currency is subject to a 1x wagering requirement before you can withdraw it, with the minimum amount being €20 as well.
The maximum withdrawal amount is €7,500 per week, with €15,000 per month equivalent in cryptocurrencies. If you are trying to withdraw a larger sum, it will be paid out in monthly installments of €15,000 per month.
Be aware that there is a hard cap on the maximum allowed limit on a single bet of €200,000, which does not include jackpot winnings.
Now that you have read our JackBit review, can you see why we were so hyped about it? As a new operator and casino on the block, they are doing everything right. Well, almost. The only slight is the lack of a welcome bonus. But everything else is done properly.
JackBit has a new and fresh design, loads of games and sports betting, is transparent about the data collection, and provides good customer support. Some long-standing casino operators, who are opening their sixth online casino, are still unable to do this properly. We can’t wait to see what Ryker B.V. will do next.
